You can't create a usage charge when the rating source is Internal - Error

While uploading usage quantities using usage batch events and I am trying to upload usage quantities specific to charge since in a given period there are multiple charges with different usage UOMs.

I am getting the error -

You can't create a usage charge when the rating source is Internal. You must change the rating source and try again. (OSS-6075381)

Any suggestions to resolve this?
