Unable to see the 'expire date' feature

in Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace

Im trying to use the 'expiry date' feature for our job offers and I've tested this several times. This dosen't appear anywhere for the candidate so I'm not sure if something needs to be enabled or what may be happening. Any help is appreciated.
