Cash Management - Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.key

Summary:

In Cash Management when performing Manual reconciliation and doing a multi selection of items in system transactions we receive an error message causing the selection to be lost and had to do it all over again. Error reads:

Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key[300001443164945]

I know this might happen when multiple users try to update the record at the same time, but there's only one person doing the manual reconciliation at a time. How can we overcome this error or keep from happening?
