AI Apps Administration - Permission Groups Message

We are trying to access AI Apps Administration to test some AI apps (time to hire) but are now seeing this new message on the Ai Apps Administration screen in all of our environments (including prod) - "This could be an issue with permission groups enablement. Please check if permissions groups are enabled for ORA_HR_AI_APPLICATIONS_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB. Once enabled, please try again.". We were able to access it fine until recently and have some apps working in lower pods too. Skills Center or other Dynamic Skills related items used to be on AI Apps before moving to generative AI in 26B. I
