Prevent “None of the Above” Selection with Multi‑Select Responses in Survey Questionnaire/Journeys

Summary:

We are in the process of implementing a survey and have a question regarding questionnaire response behavior. One of our questions allows for multiple selections. As part of the response options, we also have a choice such as “None of the above.”

From a user experience and data accuracy perspective, we want to prevent users from selecting “None of the above” at the same time as other response options. Ideally:

• If “None of the above” is selected, no other options can be selected
• Or, selecting “None of the above” automatically clears any other selections

Is there a standard way within Oracle questionnaires to enforce this behavior?
