Initial Duration in Employment Contract showing in days instead of years

We are seeing the Initial Duration showing in days instead of changing to months or years where necessary.

The example shows 5227 days instead of 14.32 years. This is causing confusion with the customer.

We have not implemented any rules to default this.

Has anyone experienced this issue?
