Password recovery exhausted
Summary:
My account is fine, the machines are working, but I can't access the OCI portal, and the password recovery emails aren't arriving. I contacted support via live chat, and the response was that the password recovery system is exhausted, so I should come to this forum for assistance. I tried creating the account again, but it says that an account already exists with that email address, and it sends me the account details by email, which are the same ones I used to log in with.
