How to prevent embedded reports from resizing off the page after a refresh
Summary:
I am looking for advice on an issue we are experiencing with PowerPoint-based report packs.
We are using report packs with embedded reports and have row suppression enabled. The intention is for reports to maintain their position and size within the report pack, while the number of rows updates dynamically based on the suppression rules - similar to how the reports behave in report preview.
What we have found is that when the number of rows in a report changes and the pack is refreshed, instead of simply adding or removing rows vertically, the report resizes horizontally. This causes reports to sometimes extend off the page or become too small to read, meaning users must manually resize these reports each month.
