configured two different Background Check vendors—SkillSurvey and Vertical Screen

Summary: The customer has configured two different Background Check vendors—SkillSurvey for Reference Checks and Vertical Screen for Background Checks—each assigned to separate phases or states within the CSP actions. However, when triggering one vendor's action, both vendors are being triggered simultaneously, which is not the intended behavior. We have configured FF to trigger this but it is not working. Can someone who have two vendors for background check help us
