PAYG upgrade pending for over two weeks – tenancy still shows Free Tier
Summary:
I upgraded my Oracle Cloud account from Free Tier to Pay As You Go on 11 June 2026. The payment method was added successfully and no errors were shown during the upgrade process.
However, my OCI Console still displays "Free Tier", and I have not received any email confirming that the upgrade has been completed.
I suspect the account upgrade workflow may be stuck or awaiting manual review. Could an Oracle moderator please verify the status of the upgrade?
