Requisition Approval in case of change in Legal Employer

Summary: We have some Employee whose Legal Employer has changed/is changing. We have only one Business Unit (BU) and we follow Employee Supervisor hierarchy Rules for Purchase Requisition (PR) Approval. The BPM rules do not have any clause of legal entity of BU.

In such scenario, will there be any affect if an employee (Requester)'s LE is changed from A to B?
