Employee referral - Resume Parsing Feasibility

There's a request from Customer to introduce Resume Parsing functionality in Employee Referral page for Employees. This ensures, Employees from not consuming more time to fill required details and can quickly refer profiles in a span of 60-90 seconds.

Do we have the product feasibility or it's a roadmap feature?
