Oracle Recruiting Booster – Candidate Managed Interview Templates: Automatically Exclude Time Slots
Issue Description
We are using Oracle Recruiting Booster Candidate Managed Interview Templates to define interviewer availability through predefined interview time slots.
Issue:
After interview slots are defined and made available for candidate self-scheduling, interviewers may subsequently receive or create calendar meetings that overlap with those predefined slots. However, the interview slots remain available for candidate scheduling despite the interviewer having conflicting calendar events.
Expected Behavior:
When a new calendar event or meeting is added that conflicts with an existing interview availability slot, the conflicting slot should either be automatically removed or marked as unavailable for candidate scheduling.
Actual Behavior:
The conflicting interview slots continue to remain available for candidate self-scheduling. To prevent scheduling conflicts, users must manually update the Candidate Managed Interview Template and remove the affected time slots.
