Merged profiles showing different candidate types
Summary:
Terminated employee applied as external candidate – apply in Career Site. Used DIFFERENT email address that is NOT saved in their record.
Expected Result: System must detect that this is an ex-employee after merging profiles (retaining the ex-employee profile)
Current Result: After merging, the candidate email address is updated to her OLD email address but tagged as “External” still if we open the profile from the requisition. But if we view the candidate profile outside of requisition (from Candidate Search) it is showing as “Ex-employee” . Please see screenshots attached.
