Orchestration process not assigned to newly added lines on old sales order
Hi All,
We have a scenario in Oracle Fusion Order Management where new lines were added to an old sales order through revision. The existing/previous lines on the order were already closed.
After submitting the revision, the newly added fulfillment lines did not get assigned to any orchestration process. Because of this, the lines are not progressing to scheduling and supply order creation. We checked the orchestration process assignment setup, and the rule appears to be correct.
Could anyone advise what could cause newly added lines on an old sales order to be submitted without orchestration process assignment, even though the assignment rule is available? Also, what would be the recommended way to recover or fix such lines without creating a new sales order?
