Issue with position hierarchy and eligibility formula

Summary:

My Workforce compensation plan uses position hierarchy of Teachers-Principal-COE and teachers who has Tenure status is eligible for plan [we have fast formula which does this]

Issue was Principal and COE do not tenure status hence they are not eligible to plan so they can't view the plan.

to correct this, I have updated the formula of eligibility as whoever has tenure status [mostly teachers] OR Principal OR COE and now they are all eligible and can see the plan.

Now the issue is COE when open worksheet they can see all principal and Teachers, we need it like in the worksheet only teachers with tenure status should be visible in plan, Principal are the worksheet manager [as per tree] and COE is the approver [ as per Tree].
