Incorrect approval chain for a self service requisition

Hi Team,

As shown in the attached image (“RNPO-10173172”), Davide Oriani is still appearing in the list of approvers after Stefano Scotti, even though he has been replaced by Alberto Mariani for this role.

We have already updated the approver to Alberto Mariani in Manage Requisition Approvals, and created a new requisition only after making this change. However, the issue still persists.

Could someone please help identify why the previous approver is still appearing?
