Address Validation Process Flow- running for all records despite using optional parameter for Person

Hi all!

I am testing the Address Validation Flow. I am trying to run it for one person. For example:

However, it looks like this optional parameter is not 'working.'

It is not visible here:

And it is processing more than the 1 person record:

How can I get this to run for 1 person?
