REDWOOD 26B - Error:Unable to Enter Requirement Scores During Technical Evaluation Stage in Redwood.

Summary:

I conducted a Two-Stage Negotiation and reached the 'Evaluate Technical Stage'. When attempting to 'Score Responses' as an assigned Scoring Team Member using the Redwood UI, the system would not allow me to enter the scores (the scoring cell is highlighted but remains read-only/un-editable). However, as a workaround, when navigating to the Classic UI (Manage Negotiations > Analyze > Score Responses), the system successfully allowed me to input and submit the exact same scores without any privilege or setup errors. Please advise on the missing configuration, profile option, or necessary patch to enable scoring directly within the Redwood interface."
