Excel is running into problems with the 'oracle.vbcs excel addin' add-in.

We need some help with the Visual Builder add-in for Excel.

We are currently on Version: 4.8.0.30876 of the Oracle Visual Builder add-in for excel which is the latest and greatest. Recently, when users are hitting the download prompt and they sign-in to our environment via SSO, the excel completely freezes and we need to force end-task on excel. Normally, a pop-up window would appear after sign-in, prompting users to select which PO they would like to update, but the pop-up does not appear for certain users and they can no longer proceed.



We have done basic troubleshooting, such as using the repair functionality of the tool which shows everything is working as expected, uninstalling and reinstalling altogether, ensuring the VB tool is in a trusted location, also ensuring the trust center settings were configured correctly. We also try disabling and re-enabling the COM add-in but still have not had success. Users do not need a Windows update, and we have also tried restarting devices to which we have had no luck. The add-in won't even let us clear the browser cache, as that just crashes excel as well.
