Job Requisitions visible for HR with AOR

We're facing an issue with the visibility of Job Requisitions and we're trying to understand the expected behavior.

We have an HR role with visibility based on Areas of Responsibility (AOR). We then created a custom Recruiter role (also scoped by AOR) and added the data security profile "View my team's requisitions", since the HR user should only be able to view the requisitions where they are part of the Hiring Team.

However, after assigning this role, the HR user is able to see several Job Requisitions that are not part of their Hiring Team. They don't see all requisitions in the system, but they can see a limited number of additional requisitions, and we can't determine why these specific requisitions are visible.
