The attached files include:

• Sample Supplier List – A sample Excel file demonstrating the format required to upload strategic suppliers, including Supplier Number, Supplier Name, and Supplier Segmentation (Tier).
• Sample Policy Document – A sample policy document that demonstrates how to define supplier qualification requirements for each supplier segmentation tier. It also shows how to define external information sources that the application uses to continuously monitor suppliers and generate alerts.
