Redwood View Archives – Bulk Delete Archived Quotes

Summary:

We have a requirement to purge approximately 24,000 archived quotes from our Oracle CPQ environment.

In the Redwood UI, we noticed that the "Select All" option is no longer available on the View Archives page, making it impractical to delete a large number of archived quotes manually.

We have a few questions:

  • Is there a supported way to bulk delete archived quotes?
  • Has anyone successfully raised an SR for Oracle Support to perform or assist with the bulk deletion?
  • How can we check the Archive Expiration Days configured for our site?
  • Are archived quotes automatically purged after the configured retention period, or is manual deletion always required?
