Compensation Hierarchy Determination

Hi Everyone,

We have scenario and i would like to get a feasibility check if this could be possible using fast formula or any other way.

We are setting up a approval flow for worksheet.

Customer has 30 Entities and each entity has comp admins. They will act as proxy manager as Director general of their entity to input the data in worksheet (Promotion and Merit increment percentage) for all the employees. It has then go to Centre of excellence team which consist of 4 to 5 people and once they submit, the approval should go to HR director → Executive Director → Chairman of the respective entity.
