Process to setup a custom Process Configuration Group to a flow pattern

Summary:

The Flow pattern is triggered to run periodically using an external service (SOAP Web Service), currently the flow runs on a default group which is "1 Thread" and taking too long to complete (approx 4 hrs) we would want this to run on "10 Threads" but unsure of how to attach this custom process configuration group.
