Redwood Add Absence experience best practices
Summary:
We're getting some user confusion as we expand the Add Absence functionality to additional portions of our population. Specifically, confusion on the start time duration and end time duration on a range of dates . Users don't initially realize the default (typically 8 hours) will apply across all days and they can toggle to edit individual dates. They see a duration and don't realize it's the "total" duration so they think there is a discrepancy in the number of hours. Have any other customers had similar feedback and how have you supported users through the entry?
