Hi All,

Greetings!

We have come across an issue with Prepayments processing.

The run fails with the error of "Prepayments process derived an invalid organization payment method".

This is happening even when the employee has valid personal and organization payment method and this was working good till last cycle.

There are retro entries in this cycle -and that is the difference as compared to earlier cycle.

Do Retroactive element entries impact the payment method validation in Prepayment processing?
