make POET details mandatory by checking the Inventory Asset Flag in Requisition Summary Page

Summary:

I have a requirement where we need to make the POET or Project details on the requisition redwood page mandatory to fill by the users when the Item is an Asset Item. Is there any way i can put a validation or a condition in the requisition summary page using the VB Studio. I tried to check if the VB studio has exposed the Inventory Asset Flag field, but that too is not available. Is there any alternative approach or solution to this or is this a feasible ask? Will appreciate the response.
