Default Activity Type on Fusion Service Work Order
We have a requirement to set the default Activity Type based on Service Request categories. However, upon review, we found that an out-of-the-box (OOTB) template is already associated with the Activity Type field, which prevents us from updating its value programmatically.
As a result, users are currently required to select the Activity Type manually from the UI.
Could anyone suggest whether it is possible to override or set a default value for the Activity Type while still using the out-of-the-box template?
