Employment Contract page not visible for inactive employees (Release 26B)

Hello,
I am currently experiencing an issue where the Employment Contract page is not visible for terminated (inactive) employees.
When I try to search for an employee with status "Inactive", Oracle returns an error message.

Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows what might be causing it?
We are currently on release 26B.
