Unable to Select Plan under Manage Personal Contribution

Summary:

Unable to identify the cause as to why we are unable to select ICP Plan under ME » Manage Personal Contribution

Under eligiblity profile= None for the ICP

Restrict Plan access=Yes

Action=Manage Contributions; all options are selected to Always Allow to view and add the plan.

Removed custom roles and tested with seeded role, but still did not resolve the issue.

Any insights?
