We have configured two distinct custom roles for our learning environment:
- Learning Administrator: Full access to all learning data enterprise-wide.
- Departmental Learning Administrator: Secured access limited to department-specific data via Area of Responsibility (AoR) and Catalog Profiles.
Currently, the Departmental Learning Administrators are unable to view classrooms. Could you please advise on which specific privileges or functional security policies related to classrooms need to be added to this role so that they can view the full classroom list?
