During validation in Redwood Workforce Compensation, I observed inconsistent behavior regarding the visibility of the Merit Budget button for a top-level manager.

  • Initially, when I logged in as the top-level manager, only the View Reports button was visible, and the Merit Budget button was not displayed.
  • Later, when I repeated the validation using the same top-level manager account, the Merit Budget button became visible.

Could you please confirm the expected behavior for Redwood Workforce Compensation? Specifically:

  • Is the Merit Budget button expected to be available for top-level managers?
  • If yes, under what conditions or security/configuration settings should it be displayed?
