Error in Compensation Change Statement when downloading in Bulk using Manager Hierarchy

Hi Team,

Good Day!

Customer is having an issue when downloading the Change Statements using the Manager Hierarchy in the Generate Statements. The issue is not exists when selecting the multiple people or downloading the change statements for individuals. The error exists only when using the Manager Hierarchy in the Generate Statements.

Following to that customer is also having an trouble when viewing the templates with other Manager Hierarchy in the Generate Statements it is showing as blank.

Error: Error generating the statement . Following message is for debugging :

oracle.xdo.service.client.types.schedule.OperationFailedException: java.lang.RuntimeException: com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxEOFException: Unexpected EOF; was expecting a close tag for element <getDocumentData>
