Team Sync agent is not loading even after mapping the agent code in VBCS

Hi All,

I'm trying to enable the Team Sync agent under My team » touchpoints via VBCS but still its not generating any data. Below are the steps i followed:

  1. Created a copy of the delivered agent under agent teams.
  2. Edited the page in VBCS
  3. Added the agent code
  4. Added prompt and tried to generate the data by updating the criteria in live mode in VBCS, however its keep on loading but no data. Refer the screenshot, is there any other steps to followed?
  5. Access to agents is already available for the logged in user and other agents are loading.
