Issue in Monthly SaaS reports

Summary:

Hi Folks,

The monthly SaaS reports we receive do not contain complete data, as many roles are missing in the role list and the list of roles assigned to each user is incomplete data.

Ex: Explore by Usernames, Explore by Role

Could you please provide guidance on how to ensure the SaaS reports show complete and up‑to‑date data?

Please let us know if any processes need to be run or if any configuration changes are required.
