Hi everyone,

I'm currently exploring the auditing capabilities for Individual Compensation in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Since Individual Compensation Updates Element Entries behind the scenes, I'm wondering:

  • What is the recommended audit configuration?
  • Should auditing be enabled on Individual Compensation, Element Entries, or both?
  • Are there any Oracle-recommended approaches for tracking changes made to employee compensation?

I'd appreciate hearing how others have implemented this.
