This may not specifically be a Compensation question. During post back, we are getting a number of failures due to 0% increases. It appears that an employee will have an assignment change where there is no salary change but because of the way the assignment is updated, you pass through the salary change page and it automatically adds a 0% increase to the employee's salary record. Not only does this become an issue with our post back but it also shows displays as the most recent increase in the worksheet. Is anyone else having this issue?
