Query Regarding Create and Update OIC App Actions in Eloqua Campaign Canvas

Hi @Jeeves/Bob-Oracle,

We have a requirement in Oracle Eloqua Campaign Canvas involving the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/ICS) App.

The expected flow is as follows:

  1. A dynamic segment filter is used as the source in the campaign.
  2. When the campaign is activated, the segment is passed to the OIC App, which triggers the Create Segment integration in OIC.
  3. After approximately one hour, the dynamic segment is refreshed and contains a new set of contacts.
  4. At this stage, instead of creating the segment again, we need the Update Segment integration in OIC to be triggered so that the existing segment is updated with the latest contacts.
