Is It Possible to Default DFF Value from Another DFF Field

Summary:

Client plan to enable DFF on IC transactions on batch, transaction and distribution level, and all DFF will fill in the same value. I'm wondering if user can only choose DFF values on batch level and the value will be automatically filled into transaction and distribution level.
