Allocation offset

Summary:

Hi Team, we have a requirement to build allocation rule using Allocation Wizard. For eg The scenario is we would allocate costs from one particular cost center (9 series) into the other cost centers(1 series) within that hierarchy evenly for all of the Legal entities/Balancing segments.

We just want one allocation rule instead of multiple allocation rules. So thought of building an allocation wizard by selecting the Basis as 'Allocate Evenly' but we want the offset to go to different entities based on the relevant target. Since we cannot provide parent values in offset what is the best option to build this rule. Please let me know.
