Clarification on Legal Entity and Legal Employer Relationship in Oracle HCM Cloud

We are currently implementing Oracle HCM Cloud for our client and have defined both Legal Employers and Legal Entities within the enterprise structure.

The business would like to understand whether a Legal Entity can be associated beneath a Legal Employer as part of the enterprise structure hierarchy.

When we navigate to Manage Legal Entity HCM Information, we do not see an option to attach or associate a Legal Entity to a Legal Employer. Based on this observation, we would like to confirm whether this relationship is supported in Oracle HCM Cloud and, if so, how it should be configured.

Any additional insights, best practices, or relevant Oracle documentation/reference material would be greatly appreciated.
