How to view Time Entry Error messages on a Redwood Time Card Page

I'm trying to create a time entry validation rule to restrict employee from entering hours more than the defined limit. After creating the formula, rule template, rule and rule set and associating it with the worker time processing profile, the formula is getting triggered but the error message does not pop up on the time card entry page.

Please let me know if there is anything missing in the formula while calling the error message or in the definition of the error message. This is being done on a Redwood Page.
