Costing Journals not posting from Primary to Secondary

Summary:

I have disabled the Valuation Method Ledger in Subledger accounting options to test the cost accounting journals will post from PL to SL but im unable to re-enable the Valuation Method Ledger option again, its permanently disabled. How to enable again the Valuation Method Ledger? Cost accounting Journals not posting to Primary Ledger as well after disabled this option.
