An alert to notify when a user creates a vacation rule to delegate approval to their direct report

in Fusion Applications Administration

We would like to implement an alert mechanism to notify us whenever a user creates a vacation rule or delegation rule that delegates their approval authority to their direct report(s).

To support this requirement, we would like to understand the data source used by the Oracle seeded Employee Delegation and Vacation Rules Report ESS job.

Could you please provide:
1. The SQL query (or underlying data model) used by the seeded ESS report.
2. The tables/views that store vacation rule and delegation rule information.
3. Any available guidance on identifying the delegator and delegatee hierarchy relationships through Oracle Fusion tables.

This information will help us evaluate possible reporting and alerting solutions for this requirement.
