Booster - Messaging Center functionality

Summary:

Has anyone implemented the Message tab with recruiting booster? From what I have read in the documentation:

The above therefore, suggests that as a recruiter (provided the privilege has been granted) , I should be able to see ALL email notifications sent from ORC to the candidate against candidates on my requisitions? Is that correct?

Our environment has all the profile options enabled and privileges on role so not sure if I have misunderstood or something is misisng in configuration. I am not able to see system generated emails, only the ones I have manually sent via the Send Message action.
