Issue with Fulfillment Line Status Event Triggering to OIC

Summary:

We are using business event trigger configuration to send events to OIC whenever the fulfillment line status is updated in an order for specific attributes such as quantity, shipping method, and scheduled ship date.

However, in certain scenarios, the event is not triggered. A few examples include:

• Updating an existing line in the sales order and adding a new line (only the new line event is captured).
• Updating the quantity in the sales order (captured only once or twice; when attempting to update more than three times, the event is not triggered).
