Restricting Hiring Manager to view the position of their department

In ORC, we have a requirement, when a Hiring Manager creates a job requisition, we want the Position drop-down list to display only the positions belonging to their own department. For example, if the Hiring Manager belongs to the IT department, they should only be able to view and select positions assigned to the IT department. Positions belonging to other departments, such as Finance, should not be visible.

Is it possible to implement this type of restriction in Oracle HCM ORC? If so, what is the recommended approach or configuration to achieve this behavior?

I have tried creating the organization security profile and position security profile but still no success.
