Customer would like to build custom aggregated job roles according to their business roles.
Reason is that role management would be easier to give aggregated role instead of assigning muliple separate roles to user.
eg. 'General Ledger Key User' is person's job and that keeps inside several seeded roles like General Accountant, Financial Analyst, Financial Application Administrator, Tax Accountant.

Checked on the documentation and I think that is doable.
However would like to know if anybody has done this and what kind of experiences there are ?
