Make Internal Notes easily accessible at the top of a ticket for agents

Hi Everyone,
Wanted to check if there is a possibility of having Internal Notes always on top of the ticket whenever an agent opens the ticket in HR Help Desk.
We have the profile option which will either sort the messages in Ascending or Descending order but not sure if we can add internal note always on top which will help the agents to look the the note added by other agents to quickly look into the case.
